6. Methodology

Our project methodology is an agile, phased approach that ensures transparency, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.

Phase 1 — Discovery & Requirements Analysis

Activities: We will conduct intensive workshops with the UNDP, Ghana Geological Survey Authority, Minerals Commission, and other key stakeholders to refine objectives. This phase includes a comprehensive data inventory and the finalization of system requirements.

Phase 2 — Design

Activities: Based on the requirements, we will produce a detailed technical architecture, data model, and UI/UX mockups for the GCM-MIS. This design blueprint will be validated with stakeholders before development begins.

Phase 3 — Development

Activities: Our engineering team will build the platform in iterative sprints. This includes backend API development, AI model integration, GIS implementation, and the creation of interactive dashboards.

Phase 4 — Testing & Deployment

Activities: The platform will undergo rigorous security testing, performance testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with designated stakeholders. Upon successful testing, the system will be deployed to a secure production environment.

Phase 5 — Training & Handover

Activities: We will provide comprehensive training for administrators and end-users. Full technical documentation, user manuals, and source code (as per agreement) will be handed over to ensure long-term sustainability.
