1. Personnel and Effort Breakdown

The following personnel and effort breakdown supports the lump-sum financial offer for the provision of the services specified in the Terms of Reference. All daily rates are based on an eight-hour working day.

Person-day allocations represent planned aggregate effort across the implementation period and do not imply continuous full-time deployment of every resource. Resource mobilization will be phased according to the approved work plan, project activities and deliverable requirements.

• The financial offer is presented as a fixed lump-sum price for the required services and deliverables.
• All daily personnel rates are based on an eight-hour working day.
• The personnel effort shown represents the planned aggregate implementation effort across the project.
• The total financial offer is GHS 6,300,000.00.

2. Milestone-to-Cost Allocation

The following milestone allocation corresponds to the current commercial response entered in the Oracle Supplier Portal. The total contract price remains fixed at GHS 6,300,000.00.

4. Commercial Assumptions

• The lump-sum price covers the professional services and implementation activities required for discovery, architecture, UX/UI, software engineering, data platform implementation, testing, UAT support, deployment, training, documentation and handover.
• Recurring third-party cloud consumption charges, paid data subscriptions, proprietary datasets and other externally metered services are excluded unless expressly included in the agreed scope or commercial arrangement.
• Personnel resources will be mobilized and deployed according to the approved work plan and project needs.
• The milestone amounts are fixed allocations associated with acceptance of the corresponding deliverables.
• Arybit Technologies proposes a six-month warranty period from final acceptance covering defects, corrective maintenance, security remediation, remote technical support and reasonable remote knowledge transfer.

5. Submission Consistency Statement

This supporting pricing breakdown is intended to correspond with Arybit Technologies' current commercial response in the Oracle Supplier Portal for Tender Reference UNDP-GHA-00537-2.

The current Oracle response reflects a total response amount of GHS 6,300,000.00 across six response lines, with the following milestone allocation: 10% / 15% / 10% / 25% / 25% / 15%.
